APPCRASH gta sa

im having a probleme with my gta san andreas game and it's driving me crazy
i instaled it a long time ago it worked perfectly but when i kept add mods to it it crashed i removed it
but now i wanna go back to play the game
i instaled it yesterday but it won't work it's a APPCRASH probleme

i have:
intel pentium dual-core processor T2370
Up to 252 MB mibile intel Graphics media accelerator X3100

1GB DDR2
120 GB HDD


PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE HELP

Uninstall the game and install it again BUT with right click "run as administrator".
