is there any software that can be used with the dvico dvbt pci card?
showshifter doesnt work and windows media center isnt available in australia
(i want to use with an existing setup anyway and afaik media center can only
be bought with new pc's)
the supplied software is okay-ish but i cant convert a previous recording
and watch tv at the same time, must share a DLL or something..
Any help?

MediaCenter 2004 and MediaCenter 2005 are available on the web from
retailers (NewEgg, EWiz, buncha others) and goes for around $150 US.

With regards to watching and recording or watching and converting at
the same time; afaik, that would require two cards, 1 to watch with
and one to convert with. Some new US HD MediaCenter PCs have 3 cards
in them; 1 HD and 2 NTSC, so you can watch HD while recording 2 NSC
channels, etc...
