This is a rather interesting problem that just started today. I have never had this problem before at school while connecting to the wireless network. For an unknown reason, I can only stay connect to the internet for about 30 seconds before I have to /release and /renew my ip address then re-log in for another 30 seconds. The network never completely disconnects it says i have local access but i still cannot access the local web pages either. Any thoughts would be helpful. I have restarted the computer many times in addition to deleting that connection and reinstalling it. My wireless card works perfectly fine at home by the way.

Well, I have determined that it cannot be a problem with my computer. I have looked up the error messages i get and have talked to other people and had vista diagnose it as well. I have determined that it is a problem with the network at school that is causing me to get kicked out so quickly. I just hope they fix it soon.
