Case and Powersupply

My new rig specs will be as follows:

E6600
MSI P965 Platinum
Cooler Master Hyper TX
2 GB DDR2 800mhz PC2 6400 (2 x 1024mb)
eVGA 8800 GTS 320mb

I was wondering if a Ultra UV Wizard Blue ATX Mid-Tower Case and Ultra X-Finity 600-Watt Blue SLI-Ready Power Supply will be sufficient enough for my setup?
It goes for around $70 as a bundle on tigerdirect.com will it be able to fit everything....and how about the power supply?? Will 600 Watts be enough?
