Medal of Honor Vista DV7 Issue

I know Medal of Honor is not a Vista program, but I am trying. When I run it, the screens transition, like they did on xp, but it stops with an error relating to Data Execution Prevention. I contacted HP and they had me turn it off. I changed the program to run in compatibility mode, and I run it as administrator. Anyone have any ideas?

Turning off DEP should do the trick. Are you able to play now?
