I am running XP Professional on a new Dell Vostro 420. this is an office computer that was new a couple of months ago. After moving all of my old programs to this new computer everything seem find until I right clicked on a folder and the progrem shut down!
I do not know if the programs I installed had anything to do with it. If in exployer or any microsoft office program and I right click on any folder the program immediatily crashes! It was suggested that I can do some process to restore original factory settings. I do not want to lose files. I have never heard of the problem that I am experiencing right now. I have tried switching the mouse. Anybody have any advice?
