Hi all,

I want to buy a new pc. So far my choices are:

PSU: Cooler Master iGreen Power, 500 Watt
CPU: E6600 or E6750 or E6850
Video: Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS 640
Mainboard: ???? (suggestions? should be a 1333MHz)
RAM: 2 x 2048MB PC2-6400 (2x1024MB) Mushkin EM2-6400
Case: whatever fits
CPU-cooler: suggestions?
Harddisk: Seagate 320GB SATA (maybe 2)

Thanx

Gigabyte P35-DS3R

While that PSU may be a good one you just might want to consider one that is slightly more powerful.

Not sure what it is rated on the 12V rails but a Corsair 520W can deliver 40A on the 12V which would be plenty for your system. Unless you already have the psu i would advise at something like the Corsair or something similiar from Seasonic.

As for a Cooler it really depends on how good of a cooler you want. The best air cooler is the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. You also need to buy a fan to go with it, a Scythe S-Flex would be a good one.

For a cpu cooler thats a little cheaper but still offers good performance would be a Scythe Katana.
