Recommend a good video converter with GPGPU acceleration

Hello. I need a good video converter to transcode videos for my phone, but I have a single requirement - could you recommend one, capable of using my 4870x2 for acceleration? It is a real waste that the GPU just sits there almost idle, while the processor oversweats.

Freemake supports CUDA and DXVA. Plus its has a simple GUI and its free.
