Your best value, price to performance, would be the X1950pro. This X1950 is only slightly more than the 7600GT linked by badge and is better in performance. You need to make sure that your PSU can handle it though. List your PSU specs if you want help with that (brand, watts and amps on the +12vrails).
I just got that same 7600GT linked above, but from buy.com. There it was 126.99 + $10 off if you use google checkout for the first time, plus a $20 rebate, giving it a final price of $96.99, also they have free shipping on it. The funny thing was that it said that it would take 7-10 days shipping, I ordered it Saturday night, and got it yesterday.
If you wan't the greatest you could gett the x1950xt but an 7600gt is what i recommend because i don't know what cpu you have and you maybe will bottleneck it anyway
