AC Freezer 7 Pro with an Q6600?

So do you guys think that the cooler will do the job? Or is there a better cooler in the same prise range? The case will be an Antec P182 and the mobo an Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R, no OC planed, but might try to give it a slight OC max. 10%.
