Error code 39 for faulty dvd drivers

Have tried numerous"internal"dvd players with no luck. I keep on getting the same error message."code 39" Ult 32 bit.. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you

You'll have to remove the upper and lower filters. Here's a guide on how to do it:
