Activex Control Issue

Can't run Help & Support troubleShoot = Get "activex control on this page is not safe - your current security settings prohibit running unsafe controls on this page"
When I click "OK" it will not allow me to go forward.

My setting under Activex Control is as follows: D-D-D-EN-D-P-D-D-E-E. I believe these to be correct.

Can anyone help me with this? Your assistance is appreciated!

Those are the settings I have as well. Try adding the site to your safe list.

Adding to safe list did not work - could it be that MS is no longer giving XP Pro support since Win7 has hit the market? This Activex control issue happens when I attempt to run anything in Help & Support?

Try lowering the security level.

The problem isn't with MS supporting XP, it's the way your browser is handling the active x settings.
