Colors of few inputs in excel are missing

Hello.
I have a spreadsheet which uses Macros. I was using it on my old laptop (win vista). It shows that its Excel 97-2003 worksheet.
Last week,i received my new laptop(win 7). So i tried to open that worksheet in my new laptop. It opened without any problem. But few of the inputs which were colored in the old laptop,they always open without color in the new one.
I tried to open in 'open office' as well but same problem continues.

Someone please help me in resolving the issue.
