Low disc space PQ Service J space free 18.9mb , total size 9.75 . I deleted all unneeded photos & printshop projects . No change . Went to PQ service J - its called file system . I don`t know what is safe to delete .

That's a recovery partition and you shouldn't be doing anything in it, it's not for saving files to, it's there in case of a major system failure and you need to restore back to factory settings.
Do NOT delete anything in there that you didn't put there.
Save your files to another location, like to your Documents, Pictures, Music folder etc.
