Undo overclocking

I just set up my computer to overclock and i have done this before with no problem but now it is restarting every 5 seconds without letting me get into the BIOS. Is there anything i can do to undo those setting or get back into the BIOS?

Reset the BIOS.

Remove the onbord battery(on the motherboard). That should re set the BIOS to default settings.

there should be a cmos jumper move that to reset or pull battery

Read the manual and reset the BIOS in accordance with the instructions.
