Hardware Installation window continues to pop up

Says "the sofware you are installing for this hardware has not passed Windows logo.. it's trying to install some sort of printer software but I'm not installing anything.. If I hit stop or continue it will continue to pop up with the same message..

Try unplugging your printer. Does it still try to download?

If yes, boot into safe mode with networking (f8 on startup). Download, install, and update malwarebytes (free). Do a full system scan.

If not, go to your printer manufacturer's website, and download and install the newest printer drivers.
