What will i do i think my cp is done with???

When i hit the power button on my Hp pavilion 533w the lights turn on and it looks like it is on but if you look at the cp fan it is not moving and the rear fan also does not turn on but i noticed when i hit the button the fans move for a sec but i don't know can some on help me??
Found out not the PSU i put anouther one in and it did the same thing?
