During summer break, I have been researching to build a new computer for my school in the coming Fall 2012. I have ordered from newegg for my previous built about 4 years ago. so im thinking cool, i'll order from them again. I worked the whole summer just to save up for this computer. I finally placed my orders on August 9, 2012 with 10 items. Below is my order list:

when my ordered arrived, i was so excited about this build. i opened the box, however, TWO items were missing, my evga 670gtx ftw $407 and my i7 3770k $350. That's almost $800. Next day I called and filed a claim with Newegg. I received an email from Newegg saying that it'll 7 to 10 business days to process my claim.
It's been three weeks since i heard from them. So i called Newegg today and they told to just wait. I asked them who is in charge of claims. The lady told me The Claims Department. Well how do i get in contact with them? You CAN't because they are in China. ????WTF?????

I'm an architecture student at ELAC. Now that school started, I don't have a decent computer to work on my design projects. All i have are these computer parts lying around in a box. I asked Newegg for a refund so i can buy my parts at frys.
Will Newegg try to screw me $800? I have been a loyal costumer to Newegg for many years.
After this experience with newegg. i will definitely not order from them again and will advise my friends to beware.
AND still waiting to hear from Newegg...
