I purchased an antivirus program from internet and now I can't get on the internet except in safe mode and my computer

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Uninstall the antivirus and install another free one like NOD32 or Avast after that contact to the antivirus manufacturer support and explain they the problem they should help u.
