Can anyone please tell me how to clean up my virtual memory....Virtual memory almost full.
I'm working with an HP Pavilion 750n Pentium 4 w/Windows XP Pro.

How do I find out how much ram I have and how much I can put, if I was to install more ram??

Control Pannel -> System -> General tab will tell you how much (physical) RAM Windows believes you currently have; to find out how much your machine supports you need either run a search on the manufacturers web site or (if you have one) look through the MotherBoard/system manual, it'll also tell you what type.
