Hi.

I seriosuly underclocked my graphic card 9800 XT for a few seconds,
then I returned the setting to normal. Now in games, strange pixels are flying
around, which means I damaged my graphic card :(
Although I know that in such cases, it's is beyond repair, but still I ask,
if there's is any possibility to fix my graphic card?

Please help.

I under clock regularly so I find this interesting. After some googling, so far I have found nothing about anyone having problems caused from under clocking. All the guides simply say to under clock until you have a problem and then bump the speed back up.

Is it possible when under clocking you entered a value that was in fact an overclock?
Maybe if you try rolling back windows to your last restore point or reinstalling the video driver. You may have had more going on than just the under clock such as using some new software to do the under clock and trying settings.
