Aussie buyers beware!

This is my experience today at an Australian computer store in Sydney called "D-comp".

My GTX 460 had died on me and I went to Dcomp to get it replaced since it was 2 years old but I had a 3 year warranty.
I get there and they tell me to come back tomorrow since they didnt have the part in stock.

As soon as i get back home they call me (since i left them my name and number) and tell me there are no replacements and come back to the store to swap it out for a different one.

Go back AGAIN and finally swap my GTX 460 for a HD 7850 (good trade) and get $35 refund since the gtx 460 was $300 and the 7850 was $265.

Head home, install the card, works straight out of the box. Then i get a call from them again. Apparently they made a mistake and that my warranty expired (1 year in-store warranty but not the 3 year manufacturer warranty) and wanted me to come back and give them back the 7850 which i JUST installed a min ago before the call. Also the replacement gtx 460 would take a MONTH to get back to me.

In the end i told them to go and contact the manufacturer since it wasn't my problem and they didn't call me back.
