My first time building a computer, just want to make sure I am using the best components I can for the money and that everything will be compatible!

Case: Antec 900 (I will be buying mesh fan filters)

Motherboard
: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R OR Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3

GPU
: EVGA 8800GTS/320mb

PSU: XCLIO 500W OR Rosewill 600W

CPU C2D E6320 or e6300?

RAM: Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 Cas 4 (Already purchased)

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB

LCD: Acer 20" 1680x1050 OR Viewsonic 20" 1680x1050

Heatsink: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7

This is going to be a gaming PC for resolutions up to 1680x1050. I cannot afford the 8800gts 640mb, the 320mb was a stretch from a 7900gt :p. My intention is to OC the e6320 to 2.8-3.2ghz.

Any critique or recommendations would be appreciated. I really do not wish to spend any more than this but minor upgrades will definetly be considered (e6320 to e6420)

power supply, not rosewill... get the 6320, not the 6300 the larger cache is faster, and i would get a better cpu cooler, zalman 9700 and get the ds3r so that you can get the new intel cpu's in the future

Thanks, those are the options I was siding with.
As far as the ACF7 goes, I think I will stick with it, being it is about 31 bucks shipped
