Best disk defragmenter

Hello. I would like your opinions on the best defregmenting software for windows 7 ultimate x64 bit.
I do not want defraggler since it moved a file named hal.dll and my pc never started again and i had to re-install lol.

De-fragmenting is overrated for most desktop computers. I just use the built-in Windows defrag.
