The firmware upgrade did not work for me. I am wondering whether we did
the same upgrade.

1. How old is the TV? Mine had a manufacture date of Nov 2004

2. How did you obtain the firmware? Samsung was not at all helpful to
me, so I obtained it from another consumer.

3. Did the CD contain files with sizes like the following?
