Anyone Have the X2 Flash Upgrade for a USR Modem?

Okay, I've recently purchased a new USR 33.6 Sportster off Ebay. The seller said that it was flash upgradeable to 56k. As it turns out, it is! But for $60!!!!!! That's pretty insane considering I paid only $10 for the thing! With $60, I can buy two sportster 56k v.90 modems off Ebay! What gives?

So anyways, I was wondering if anybody out there has the X2 upgrade flash file for the USRobotics Sportster 33.6 Internal Modem? Once I get that, my friend told me that I should be able to upgrade to v.90 via usr.com. Thanks to anybody who can help me!

If you do find it flash at your own risk. A couple of years ago I klled my old x2 modem while trying to flash to v.90. I followed there direction to the t but sh** happens.
