No system restore in system tools - xp

Somehow the system restore option has disappeared from the system tools in the all programs - accessories. When I go to start - my computer - properties - system restore... it appears system restore is on - no checked box for turning it off. Where is it and how do I get it back? Thanks.

You could run this to make sure it still works. You can also use this to re-create a new shortcut.

My fault - it was there just not called system restore. It is shown as rstrui.exe. I renamed it to system restore. Thanks for the help.
