Side pannel windows xp

When i open Any window On clickin hardDisk drives There is no Side Pannel
How can i got back it on my windows xp

Hope I understood you correctly: You missing the Common Task panel on the left column when you browse for your files??

If so:
Open Windows Explorer, Click on Tools, then select Folder Options
In the General Tab, under Tasks: Select "Show Common Tasks in Folder"
