I need for Windows Explorer to start with my E:/ Drive, no tthe usual C: drive. How can I do this?

If you right-click on the explorer icon and select "Properties" you should find that is says "%windir%\explorer.exe" for the target. Change this to "%windir%\explorer.exe /root,E:\". Alternatively, create a new shortcut pointing to that program.

I have tried this, rebooted, and it still does not work. I have rechecked my typing over and over. It still does not work. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I can only point you to the article here from Microsoft (despite what it says , this applies to all versions of Windows), and suggest that you open a command prompt and play a bit. I did check out the suggestion that I made and it worked perfectly on my system.
