How do I know if I haved administrator priviledges

I am trying to move a picture file but it won't let me because it says I need administrator priviledges, not sure how I know if I have adm priv or not

Start- Control panel - user accounts and family safety - user accounts, your account name and type will be shown and will give you the option to change your account type.
