Can't connect to the internet

i am having trouble connecting to the internet on my xp pro. i am using a wired connection and it detects the connection and connects but then it crashes right away and error message pops up and it asks me to submit a report

Perhaps if you post the exact error message that pops up someone can help you.

When those errors pop up, it will tell you what program has crashed.

i have taken a screen shot of the error messages and would like to upload them to this part of forum how would i do that? i thought that would be easier for you people to help me solve my problem if i gave you the screen shots

An easy way to do it, is to upload it to image shack, and post the URL.
