new video card please help

i want to buy the geforce 7600gs agp to upgrade my radon 9250 agp but i have a kt 880 upgrade mob it says not to use a agp video card 3.3 volts or it will damage my mob the geforce 7600 has a plug from the psu to the video card will the geforce 7600gs work on my mob ?? i have a lcd flat screen 500 watt psu on the way i use it to play games like eq wow right now i have a amd athlon[tm] 2000+ 1.67 ghz 1.00gb ram was told the geforce 6700gs would be ALOT better then my radon 9250 lol

I have scanned the link i will supply at the bottom of the page read it properly yourself but i think you will be ok as long as the card is x4/x8 and not x1/x2.
