Hello,can i install ethernet controller for window vista?

Not sure if you are asking if you can install a ethernet card or the driver for an onboard controller.
If a card, then yes and driver should come with it, in the event that Windows doesn't detect it and install one (unlikely).
If it's a driver for the onboard ethernet contoller, it would be on the motherboard disk, if you don't have it, download from the maker.
