Installing Games On A User - Apears On Another?

Hi, I wanted to make a seperate user account, a fresh one just for gaming. But the strange thing is, when I install a game on that account, it apears on all accounts. How do I stop a exe from installing on all accounts? Or stop it from being "Shared?"
