well seeing as you now know ur psu would be enough from you other post :p

a 8800 would be a pretty big leap in performance from your current card.

all depends on what games u play, what res you play at, and how much your willing to spend.

Games wise i mainly play FPS & driving games (1280x1024)
do you think i should cut my loses with 7600GT for £50 & 6800GS & spend £135 on a 8800GTS?

Youre running very close to the ability of your power supply to give you enuff juice. It has 20 amps on the 12 volt rails, but only 26 amps for both rails combined. Could be a problem. As to the card, its waaaaaaaay better than your current card, and you will be quite pleased by it. But, like I said, your psu barely makes it, if at all

I too am considering upgrading to a 8800 320, but I'm going to wait untill we see some proper DX10 benchmarks (Crysis, UT3 etc) untill i upgrade. Hopefully by that time there will be some new cards out will better performance fro the same price.

AS for your PSU, it looks like you should be getting a new one.

For what you want to play I'd say the GF8800GTS would be a great boost, it's great for FPS, and driving games it improves on what were realistically GF7 weak points.

I would say the GTs-320 is a good deal, probably won't go down in price too much over the next few months, and while waiting may offer some better choices much later (initially at a higher price) I think getting the GTs-320 now gives you lots of summer fun to enjoy.

Nice! I'm talking about LCD monitors. My old monitor was just like yours, and I kind of miss it.

The new one is LCD, it only refreshes at 60 Hz. I think there are better ones out there but I just didn't have the money for one of those.
