Folder and File access Permission

How can i recover access permission on particuler files and folders? Because i am not able to open some word and excel files even i am logged with administrator user.

Try taking ownership of them. (Properties/Security/Advanced/Ownership.) Windows is a bit unusual in that the Administrator doesn't automatically have access to a file, but should be able to access and change the owner.
