I would like to know how much power a PC consumes when using UPS for one hour?

The same amount of power the PC would consume when plugged directly in the wall.

If you meant to ask how large an UPS you would need to keep your computer running for an hour, that depends on how much power your computer uses in the state you plan to let it run on battery. If your PC draws 300W full-load and you want the UPS to last 1h with that, you are going to need 350-400Wh worth of battery capacity, which means a ~35AH 12V battery pack. You are going to need something like an APC RS1500 with external battery pack to get there.
