Sorta related. After an update from Vista (at least I think that's what started it), I have a "dead screen" of sorts on my XPS 1530. I don't think it's the Black Screen of Death, because I thought that was supposed to only happen at login. The Black Scree 'o Death happened at first, but now when it starts up, only the low light comes on and nothing else on the screen. The computer goes through the motions, and the webcam even flashes like it normally does before the login screen, but nothing!
