Will this power supply be powerful enough?

After spending years on my 9600 pro, I'm finally upgrading my video card so I can play games like Oblivion and Gothic 3 on high settings instead of low settings to fully enjoy those games. I'm considering buying the x1950 pro agp to replace my exisiting video card. I'm also buying this power supply to power my new card:

(editted,correct link now)

Also considering that I have a Pentium D 820 and 3 hard drives, will it be enough to power my rig because I'm kind of worried since my processor has really high power consumption and so does the x1950 pro.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have a 3.4GHz Pentium D and a X1950Pro. I'm using a Smartpower 450W PSU. But your system probably won't draw more than 200W. You'll really enjoy the X1950Pro!
