I assume you are asking if you can access files on the pc from your laptop using bluetooth, if so yes if your pc also has bluetooth enabled.
You need to be a bit more precise when asking for help, don't assume all can interpret your abreviations.

I think the OP is talking about the BT Hub - it's a wireless router supplied in the UK to British Telecom Broadband customers. (Of course, I could be wrong!)
