Video card for sims 3

I've played Sims 3 alot on my system, with high resolution (don't recall off the top of my head, but i the video settings are close to max). The Radeon HD 4670 is a great card for the money, around 65-75 bucks.

The gameplay is great for the most part, but when zooming out from house view to city view, it's not as pretty as it could be.

I've been able to play every game out with this card in my dual core system. Crysis, GTA4, Wolfenstein, Flight Sim X. Not with breathtaking graphics, but smooth, enjoyable gameplay with moderate video settings.
