adding wireless to existing network - printing

Last response: in Wireless Networking

I am a teacher. My school has an existing wired network. I've added a wireless router to the network and I'd like to be able to use my laptop wirelessly in the classroom. the internet works well, but I can't print to any of the shared printers on existing wired network. If I plug my laptop in directly, everything prints fine.

I suspect I need to configure my router differently. Can someone offer some insight?

Change the IP address of the wireless router to be in the same range as the current network. (ie: 192.168.1.2), disable DHCP and connect the ethernet cable to a LAN port.
