Safe mode not working

My Computer has an updated version of ESET NOD32 and is not detecing any virus on scanning. still my computer is too slow and has stopped detecing drivers. i tried opening the system in safe mode but it is not opening too. please help

  1. What are your hardware specs? That could be part of the problem.

    If you're talking about network slowness, that's more of an ISP issue.

    To access safe mode, tap f8 repeatedly on startup.

  3. Alternatively, to get into safe mode you can keep the Ctrl key pressed while booting and you will get the windows boot menu.
