Failed to create d3d device street fighter iv PC

Hello, I'm having problems trying to play Street Fighter 4 on my laptop computer and it says failed to create d3d device. How do I solve this problem and how do I prevent it from happening again?

I had the same problem, here is what I did to fix it: I went to

<My Documents/CAPCOM/SUPERSTREETFIGHTER4>

Opened the config.ini thing and changed the part thas says ''FullScreen=ON'' to ''FullScreen=OFF'' and now I can play it normally. If it doesn't work, try to change anything you know from there. I hope that helps
