I'm about to buy a second-hand HP Ipaq 1940, but I just noticed it has
a serious problem: the system clock (the one on the desktop top-right
corner)doesn't work! It never changes, but it's always "frozen" on the
same time (the one I set manually).
Obviously I cannot use alarms, appointments etc. because the time never
changes!

Main and backup batteries are both full charge...
anyone has a clue about it?

Tnx
