How do I restore my computer back 2 months

When I click on system restore, it takes me to a page where I have
a calendar to go back, but it only goes back 1 month. I want to go
back 2 or 3 months. I cannot click on a different calendar other than
one that came up. How can I go back 3 months to November 1, 2009

Use your backups. You don't have backups? Then it can't be done.

Don't treat System Restore as an alternative to a decent backup routine.
