Hello,
I am using Acer Aspire 6935G with Vista ultimate. been trying to clean install Win 7, but no directories are showing on the screen of Disk Management facility. How do I make them visible.

Are you installing to a blank drive? Are you installing from within Windows or are you booting from the Win 7 DVD? What directories are you hoping to find? The Windows setup (or Disk Management for that matter) will not show you directories... they will only show you whatever discs you have and the size of the partitions on those discs... they will not show you the disc's contents. You have to use Windows explorer for that.
