Hotmail blocked

why do I not receive email from people with hotmail accounts? I use microsoft office 2003 as my email provider.

I'm no expert on this but it should be a setting that can be changed by an administrator i.e. someone who has the necessary permissions to make these changes. The setting can be changed from 'do not receive emails from these email domain addresses e.g. hotmail' to 'allow emails to be received from these email domain addresses e.g. hotmail'.

Alternatively you could set up a hotmail account yourself, so that you have your own personal hotmail account (I think they are now called by microsoft 'windows live' accounts). You would then be able to receive emails from other people who have hotmail accounts.
