How to get DNS dump of all records

trying to move our DNS hosting done by another company. They are asking for DNS dump of all records. How do i go by doing this?

Ask your current DNS host. They should be able to provide you with a copy of the zone file. If your current DNS server allows the "list" command you could do it with that, but most don't.
