Loweing vCore

I read the core 2 duo over clocking guide and I'm on the last step, lowering the vcore. When i lower it, do i have to run prime95 again for two hours or will it be obvious that i lowered it too much? Or is there anything wrong with leaving it where it's currently set?

Well.... what is it set at . Also how are your temps right now when running Prime95. If it's stable and temps are good why not keep it like it is? Post some numbers and you'll get better answers

Well its an e6400 and its running fine at 1.325v, it's over clocked to 3.2ghz for now. I ran dual instances of prime 95 while i was at work yesterday and went through the core temp log and it maxed out at about 48c full load, should i just leave it where it is now?
